The purpose of this privacy policy is to let users of springboard.org.nz know when we collect personal information and what we do with it. This policy should be read in conjunction with our website terms and conditions and in the event of a conflict or inconsistency between this privacy policy and the terms and conditions, the latter will prevail.

From time to time, Springboard Community Works will send you communications that we feel are appropriate to the nature of your relationship with us. However, we do not wish to send communications to you that you do not want to receive.

On occasion, random short surveys may also be used to collect further information about our users – participation in these surveys will be entirely voluntary.

Credit and debit card security

At no time does Springboard Community Works’ website collect or hold your credit card or debit card details. When making a donation via our site you are transferred to Paypal’s website.

When you submit personal information including credit card details, Paypal’s secure server is used.  Your information is protected during transmission by using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts your information when transmitted over the Internet.  You can check that the SSL is active by looking for the padlock symbol on many browsers.
