4U Mentoring matches children (8 – 12yrs) who are in need of a positive role model with community members, willing to volunteer a small amount of time to get to know that young person. Our mentors get to personally experience a young person’s life transformation and research highlights the powerful, positive, lasting impact that mentors have on children’s lives.

Our mentors provide a great way of connecting families and those in need in the community with the resources and programmes Springboard has to offer.
