Aligned to the Billy Graham Youth Foundation series of developmental boxing programmes, young people will be engaged in fun and challenging boxing-fit sessions that are designed to help develop skills in boxing, but also in general physical activities and mental health & wellbeing contexts.
Our boxing mentors and volunteers are great motivators and love to ‘get moving’ in a fun and friendly way, while creating spaces for young people to challenges themselves, lead and engage well with others.
We have after school sessions for junior and senior groups, both female and males.
