Futureworks Contracts Administrator

We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to administrate Springboard’s contract with  the Ministry of Social Development’s Youth Service.  The service supports young people aged between 16 and 18 to succeed in education, employment or training.  This part time role is 20 hours per week.

Springboard works in partnership with three other community organisations to deliver the service to young people across Rodney, Whangaparaoa and East Coast Bays. We currently have 8 youth workers across the area and work with hundreds of young people a year.

Engaging with our partnering organisations, our Youth Workers and the Ministry of Social Development’s Contracts team,  you will oversee all the administration of the contract that supports the service across all our sites.  This will include ensuring that the collection of information is accurate and up to date, that we are meeting contractual obligations, creation of reports and the calculation of invoices for the work done.

Strong administrative skills are a must for this role including the ability to use databases, Microsoft office and especially Excel.  Good communication skills, both oral and written, are also necessary.
